Preorder release dates are estimated by the manufacturer and may occasionally shift. You can also review the estimated release window on the product page.
Once inventory arrives at our California warehouse, please allow us for quality inspection, sorting, and fulfillment. If your order hasn’t been shipped by the estimated ship date, please use contact form below.

Shipping carriers (especially USPS) may occasionally delay scans while packages are moving between facilities.
Tracking may not update for several business days before resuming movement.
If there has been no movement for 7+ business days (excluding weekend and holiday), feel free to contact us.

Sometimes carriers scan packages as delivered 1–3 business days early.
Please contact our customer support using the form below immediately if you believe your package was lost in transit. Conditions such as deliver stuck at transit to next facility, or tracking hasn’t been updated over a week.
Our coverage of packages only lasts until the package is marked as "DELIVERED" by the package carrier. Animon will not cover any packages marked as successfully delivered by the carrier and then lost or stolen as our insurance does not cover such losses.
If your order is marked as “delivered” but you are not able to locate your packages, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to escalate the issues.

Our online store catalog works differently than our Japantown San Francisco retail store. Merchandise that you see online may or may not be available in the Japantown store.
If you’re looking for specific products that you see online and you are not sure if our Japantown San Francisco store will have it, it’s best to place the order online and request to pickup at Hayward store to guarantee the availability.
