Why We're Hiring
We’re growing! Animon Life is preparing to open our newest flagship retail store in Japantown, San Francisco in late 2025 — a location that will serve as a cultural hub for fans, tourists, and shoppers alike. At the same time, our Hayward Headquarters continues to scale to support growing online orders, merchandise processing, and backend operations.
We're looking for passionate, detail-oriented, and community-driven individuals to join our team — whether you're excited to work directly with customers at our upcoming Japantown store, or support logistics and online retail from our Hayward HQ.
✨ What to Expect: Japantown Location
Our San Francisco Japantown store will be a flagship destination, filled with game-themed displays, exclusive merchandise drops, and frequent community events. As a Retail Store Associate, you will:
Greet and assist customers in-store
Recommend products and support checkouts via POS
Maintain merchandising displays and restock items
Handle returns, exchanges, and loyalty program promotions
Prepare and organize seasonal store setups
Help create a welcoming, immersive, and fan-friendly space
This is an ideal role for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interactions, pop culture retail, and fast-paced tourist-friendly environments.

📦 What to Expect: Hayward Headquarters
Our Hayward HQ serves as the heart of our inventory and fulfillment network. As a General Assistant, your role spans across our warehouse, online store, and internal operations. You’ll:
Pick, pack, and ship online orders
Process incoming merchandise and manage inventory
Support returns/exchanges and respond to online inquiries
Move products between warehouse and retail floor
Assist in seasonal prep and event logistics
This is perfect for candidates who enjoy organization, operations, and supporting the inner workings of a fast-moving e-commerce and retail brand.
