  • If your order meets our free shipping standard and it is a domestic order, please follow steps below:

    1. You’re at the checkout page and you’ve confirmed the amount met the free shipping standard, shown on the shopping cart.

    2. Enter your shipping address first, and you should see an estimate shipping quote

  • Preorder release dates are estimated by the manufacturer and may occasionally shift. You can also review the estimated release window on the product page.

    Once inventory arrives at our California warehouse, please allow us for quality inspection, sorting, and fulfillment. If your order hasn’t been shipped by the estimated ship date (e.g., the estimated ship date is around June, but it’s currently July), please use contact form below.

    Please order in stock and preorder items separately, as your order will only ship when all items contained in your order have arrived.

  • Not necessarily.

    Shipping carriers (especially USPS) may occasionally delay scans while packages are moving between facilities.

    Tracking may not update for several business days before resuming movement.

    If there has been no movement for 7+ business days (excluding weekend and holiday), feel free to contact us.

  • Orders containing preorder items are typically held until all items arrive and ship together.

    Sometimes carriers scan packages as delivered 1–3 business days early.

    Our coverage of packages only lasts until the package is marked as "DELIVERED" by the package carrier. Animon will not cover any packages marked as successfully delivered by the carrier and then lost or stolen as our insurance does not cover such losses.

    If your order is marked as “delivered” but you are not able to locate your packages, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to escalate the issues.

  • Yes — we only carry officially licensed merchandise sourced through authorized distributors and licensing partners, such as HoYoverse and Kuro Games.

    We do not sell bootlegs or counterfeit products.

  • Preorders may generally be cancelled before the item is released or processed for fulfillment.

  • No, you won't! At Animon Life, we've streamlined international shipping to ensure a hassle-free experience for our US customers:

    1. Pre-Cleared Inventory: All products are shipped in bulk to our California warehouse first, where we handle all import procedures, tariffs, and taxes upfront.

    2. Domestic Shipping Rates: Your order ships from our US warehouse via standard domestic carriers (USPS/UPS), so you'll only see the checkout-page shipping cost - no surprise fees.

    3. Full Protection Guarantee: We cover all import costs and assume responsibility for any transit damages (learn more in our Shipping Policy).

📦 ORDERS & PREORDERS

  • Yes! However, we strongly recommend placing preorder and in-stock items as separate orders.

    When an order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the entire order will be held until all preorder items have arrived at our California warehouse and are ready to ship.

    If you'd like your in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate order.

  • No.

    Once your order is placed, your in-stock items are reserved specifically for your order and will be held until your preorder item(s) arrive.

    You do not need to worry about those items selling out while you're waiting. However, in scenarios where the in-stock items you ordered are sold out, we’ll notify you as soon as we can while we’re trying to set aside the in-stock items for you in our warehouse.

  • If your order includes any preorder item, your in-stock item(s) will be reserved for your order but will not ship immediately.

    We ship orders only after all items in the order are available, so everything can be packed and shipped together.

  • Your order will ship after the last preorder item in your order has arrived.

    For example:

    • Item A releases in August

    • Item B releases in October

    • Item C is in stock

    Your entire order will ship after the October item arrives.

    If you'd like to receive items as they become available, we recommend placing separate orders based on their estimated release dates.

  • Preorder dates are estimates and may change due to:
