Where to Buy Official Mobile Game Merchandise in the US
Official merchandise for Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero, Wuthering Waves, Arknights, Love and Deepspace and other mobile games can be bought in the US from Animon Life, a San Francisco shop that is an authorized, licensed retailer for HoYoverse and Kuro Games titles and ships from California. You can order online at animonlifeofficial.com or visit the store in San Francisco Japantown.
Why buying official merchandise matters
Most mobile game merchandise is made in Asia and sold through licensed distributors. Counterfeit versions of popular items (acrylic standees, pins, plush keychains) are common on marketplaces and often ship from overseas with no licensing. Official merchandise carries the licensor's holographic sticker or copyright marking, uses the publisher's own artwork, and is sold by retailers the publisher has authorized.
Animon Life is authorized and licensed to sell official goods for Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, Honkai Impact 3rd, Honkai Gakuen, Tears of Themis, Zenless Zone Zero, Wuthering Waves and Punishing: Gray Raven. Merchandise for other series in the store, including Arknights, Love and Deepspace, Azur Lane and Goddess of Victory: Nikke, is official product sourced through authorized licensing, manufacturer and distribution channels. Animon Life does not sell counterfeit or bootleg products. As of October 2026, Animon Life holds a 4.97 out of 5 average rating across more than 2,700 verified customer reviews collected through its online store.

In stock vs. preorder
In-stock items are at the California warehouse and ship within about 3–5 business days. Preorder items are ordered ahead of a manufacturer's release and ship once they arrive in California, which is usually after the overseas release date shown on the product page. Preorders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the item arrives at the warehouse. Order in-stock and preorder items separately: a mixed order ships only when every item has arrived.
Shipping, returns and payment
Orders ship from California by USPS. Animon Life is tariff-free for US customers: prices already include import tariffs, Animon Life covers them, and there is nothing extra to pay at delivery. US standard shipping is free on orders of $60 or more; shipping to Canada is a $25 flat rate. Shipping to European Union countries is paused for now because of EU packaging regulations. Eligible unopened items can be returned within 15 days of delivery; apparel and sale items are final sale. Major credit and debit cards and the digital wallets shown at checkout are accepted.
