On November 2, 2026, the KuroGames Official Store (@KuroMerchandise) announced that shipping for the Wuthering Waves Version 3.3 "Reverbs From the End of Galaxies" series merchandise will begin soon, but two items are delayed: the Frostblade that Sunders Doom - Hiyuki Themed Gift Box and the Fairy Tale Paradox - Denia Themed Gift Box. The cause is a production issue with the Chibi Ver. ornaments included in each box. The Hiyuki box's ornaments are in final production inspection; the Denia box faces a longer delay, and Kuro will add a complimentary Fairy Tale Paradox Themed Shikishi to every valid Denia gift box preorder from official stores and officially authorized channels worldwide.

What does this mean if you preordered at Animon?
Animon's preorders are fulfilled from Kuro's official allocation, so the gift boxes arrive after Kuro ships them to the US. Other 3.3 series items in your order will be processed as they arrive from the manufacturer; an order ships once every item in it has arrived, which is why preorder and in-stock items should be placed in separate orders. Any change to the estimated ship date is posted on the product listing, and Animon will include the complimentary shikishi for Denia gift box preorders when Kuro supplies it.
Which items are in the 3.3 series?
Kuro's "Reverbs From the End of Galaxies" series covers Version 3.3 Resonators Hiyuki and Denia, including the two themed gift boxes, standees, badges and the Fluffy Companions plush (Aemeath and Denia, $60) that Kuro showcased on November 4, 2026. See Hiyuki merch and Denia merch for everything Animon lists.
Why do official gift boxes get delayed?
Kuro's themed gift boxes bundle several components from different suppliers (acrylic, metal, fabric and the Chibi ornament). If one component fails inspection the whole box waits, and Kuro has in the past compensated with an extra item rather than shipping incomplete boxes. This is also a reason to buy from official channels only; see how to spot fake Wuthering Waves merch.
FAQ
Can I cancel my Hiyuki or Denia gift box preorder? Contact Animon support with your order number. Note that Kuro's complimentary shikishi applies only to preorders that have not been fully refunded.
When will the Denia gift box ship? Kuro has not given a new date as of November 6, 2026, only that the delay is longer than the Hiyuki box. We will update this post and the product listing.
Is the shikishi free for everyone? It is included with valid Denia Themed Gift Box preorders from official stores and officially authorized channels worldwide; the design is under final review.
