Kuro lists November 12 in UTC+8. For North America that is Wednesday, November 11, 2026 local time; if maintenance follows the usual pattern it begins in the afternoon PST / evening EST on November 11 and the version is playable by around 2:00 PM PST / 5:00 PM EST at the latest. Lily: the new 5-star Resonator
Lily is the headline character of 3.8 and appears on the Phase I convene "Bloom of Yesterday's Dreamsoil". The preview shows her in a black-and-white veiled dress holding white lilies, and her signature weapon is the new 5-star pistol Lullaby. Kuro has not yet published her element, weapon class notes or kit in text form as of November 6; we will add a dedicated Lily post when the Resonator Review and convene notice go up.
Convene schedule: Phase I and Phase II

Optimizations in 3.8
- Rover's Resonance Conversion gets a new UI, and the equipped Echo set switches automatically to the one saved for each Resonance Attribute.
- Guidebook: a Material Locator button in Material Collection and the Resonator Ascension Planner teleports you to unlocked challenges; a new Blitz Mode restarts a challenge without reloading.
- Animations: smoother turning in place, movement transitions and hit reactions.
- PC: choose Full or Basic Resources in the launcher and use an upgraded Resource Cleanup (rolling out as a limited test).
- Consoles: Performance or Quality graphics modes on supported consoles (not yet on PS5 and Xbox Series S); PS5 Pro can enable PSSR for up to 4K.
