How preorders work
1. Reserve today. Pay at checkout to lock in your item before the official release.
2. Track the ship month. Each product page shows the estimated release and ship month. Any manufacturer delay is updated on the listing.
3. Ships from California. Your order ships once stock lands in our warehouse, and you get an email with tracking.
Tip: order preorder and in-stock items separately. A mixed order ships only when every item in it has arrived. For wholesale inquiries, please contact us.

Each listing shows the estimated release and ship month. Your order ships from our California warehouse once the item arrives. If the manufacturer delays an item, we update the listing.

You can, but a mixed order ships only when every item has arrived. To get in-stock items sooner, place them as a separate order.

Yes. Everything here is official, brand-new Azur Lane merchandise, and we never sell counterfeits.

For US orders, prices already include all import costs. For Canada and other countries, local customs duties and taxes are paid by the customer on delivery.

Yes, Canada ships at a $25 flat rate. US orders of $60 or more ship free. We do not ship to Europe.

Yes. You can cancel a preorder any time before the merchandise is officially released. Once it has released, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. Apparel cannot be returned or exchanged for size, fit, or change of mind. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are reviewed separately.
