To All Travelers,

At 2025/06/18 06:00 (UTC+8), our developers are anticipated to start updating and maintaining the system. Travelers will not be able to access the game while the update maintenance is underway. For information on connected game updates, please stay tuned.

The game will be updated to a new version once this is complete. It is advised that travelers use a Wi-Fi connection to apply this update.

Pre-installation is now accessible on PC, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation®, and mobile devices.

〓Update Maintenance Duration〓

Update maintenance begins at 2025/06/18 06:00 (UTC+8) and is estimated to take 5 hours.

〓Update Maintenance Compensation〓

Maintenance Compensation: Primogems ×300 (60 Primogems per hour the servers are down)

〓Update Maintenance Compensation Eligibility〓

Travelers who achieved Adventure Rank 5 or above before 2025/06/18 06:00 (UTC+8) are eligible for maintenance compensation.

Claims for compensation must be submitted prior to the expiration of Version 5.7.

Within five hours following the completion of the update maintenance, our developers will send Travelers their reimbursement through in-game mail. Remember to collect the included compensation as soon as possible, as the message will expire after 30 days.
