Preorder Items

Preorder items are products that are ordered in advance before or around their official release date.

If the official release date has already passed, fulfillment will typically take approximately 2–3 months from your order date, depending on manufacturer production and shipment timelines.
Since we do not frequently carry large quantities of ready stock, preorder items are secured specifically based on customer demand.

In-Stock Items

In-stock items are brand new products physically available in our warehouse, ready to ship according to our regular processing time.

These items are typically:

• Cancelled units from previous preorders

• Limited extra quantities secured during ordering

We do not ship returned or defective merchandise. All in-stock items are new and quality-checked before shipment.

Product release date: the product’s official release date from manufacture.

Product shipping date: estimate shipping date that Animon fulfill your order. We use ocean freight to transport all goods, which results in a longer transportation time.

All preorder in USA over $35+ will receive free shipping, use code FREESHIP at checkout.

International shipping are charged based on dimensions and weight.

NEW! We now offer flat rate Canada shipping for $25.

We accept cancellation up until product released. Once the product has been shipped by Animon, we do not accept cancellation or refund of the preorder items.

If there’s any damage or concerns to the preorder item upon arrival, please contact us info@animonlife.com and we would be happy to look into it.

We’re unable to issue a refund, return, or exchange if the clothing that you received didn’t match your expectation or misfit.

Our team has tranlated the sizing chart (provided by MiHoYo) for each clothing item. Most of them are in centimeters.

Please note that the sizing chart is a rough estimate, and it might be slightly off since it’s measured by hand.
