Size & fit
Check the size chart on each product page. Every apparel listing has its own official size chart (in cm) below the product description. Sizes follow the manufacturer's standard, which may differ from US sizing. Measurements are taken by hand and can vary by 1–2 cm, so compare them with a piece you already own.
Custom order: non-refundable and non-returnable. Apparel is custom-ordered from the manufacturer, so it can't be returned, exchanged or refunded for size, fit or change of mind. If we send a defective item or the wrong size, contact us and we'll make it right.

How do I find my size?
Every apparel listing has its own size chart in cm below the product description. Compare the measurements with a piece you already own; hand measurements can vary by 1–2 cm.
Can I return or exchange apparel?
No. Apparel is a custom order, so it is non-refundable and non-returnable, including for size, fit or change of mind. If we send a defective item or the wrong size, contact us and we'll review it.
Why can't I find an older character theme?
Sold-out theme apparel is hidden by default. Tick "Show sold out" above the products to see past items. When a theme is restocked or a new preorder opens, it shows up again.
When will my order ship?
In-stock items ship from our California warehouse. Preorder titles start with the word Preorder, and each listing shows the estimated ship month.
Is this apparel official?
Yes. Animon Life is one of the authorized distributors in the North America region. Everything here is official, brand-new Honkai: Star Rail merchandise, and we never sell counterfeits.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, Canada ships at a $25 flat rate. US orders of $60 or more ship free. We do not ship to Europe.
