Version 2.7 Pre-Download Is Now Available!

Hello, Trailblazers!

Version 2.7 is now available for pre-installation. Trailblazers can follow the instructions below to pre-download some resources and enter the game faster after version maintenance. Due to the large size of the download, it is recommended for Trailblazers to download while connected to a Wi-Fi network.

▌Pre-Download Guide

■ PC

Open HoYoPlay. On the left side of the "Start Game" button, you will find the "Game Pre-Installation" icon. Click the icon to start the download.

※ While pre-downloading on PC, Trailblazers can continue to play the game.

■ Mobile (Android and iOS)

Launch the game. The "Resource Pre-Download" button will appear in the bottom-right corner of the login screen. Tap to begin pre-download.

※ While pre-downloading on mobile devices, Trailblazers are unable to play the game. Please plan your schedule to include pre-download time.

■ PlayStation®

After Trailblazers launch Honkai: Star Rail, if sufficient storage space is available on the device, the game will automatically begin pre-installing Honkai: Star Rail after a short period of time.

▌ Special Clarification

■ To optimize the game's performance, this update adjusts the logic of some game files. After the adjustment, the resources to be downloaded during the V2.7 pre-download and version update will be larger, but the game will take less space than in previous versions after the version update.

■ The Express Crew recommends that Trailblazers leave ample storage space ahead of time and proceed with the download while connected to a Wi-Fi network.

● The PC version's pre-installation resource size is approximately [20.2] GB. To ensure smooth updates in future versions, it is recommended to reserve [44.5] GB of storage space.

● The pre-download resource size is approximately 12.7 GB for Android and 17.7 GB for iOS.

● It is recommended to reserve [44.5] GB of storage space for the PlayStation® pre-installation.

※ If you have downloaded voice-over expansion packages of different languages in your game, the space required for the pre-installation package will change accordingly.

■After the version update, mobile devices will still need to download the latest client to experience the new version content.
