Zenless Zone Zero Version 2.0, "Where Clouds Embrace the Dawn," is now live! Join the Discord Quest and complete the gameplay missions for a chance to win Polychrome and other exclusive rewards!

[How to Participate]
(1) Participants complete the following requirements via Discord to claim the corresponding rewards:
a. Accept Quest
After creating a character in Zenless Zone Zero, accept the invitation for Zenless Zone Zero's "Version 2.0 Quest" on Discord.
*The Quest can only be accepted via the Discord desktop application or the browser version.
You can find a Discord Quest-related notification on the desktop version of Discord. This notification will be displayed on the Quest Bar. Click on the notification to open it and find out more about the Quest. If you want to participate, please click on the "Accept Quest" button.
You can also click the "Explore" icon at the bottom of the server list on the left side of Discord. This will take you to the “Explore” page, where you can select the "Quest" tab to browse available Quests. Click "Accept Mission" to join a Quest.
b. Play Zenless Zone Zero on Discord for at least 15 minutes
After accepting the Quest, Proxies need to play Zenless Zone Zero for at least 15 minutes. You must log in to the Discord desktop app to track your Quest progress.
c. After completing the Quest, claim your Zenless Zone Zero bundle redemption code and redeem it
1. After completing the Quest, click the "Claim Reward" button within Discord Quest to receive your Zenless Zone Zero bundle redemption code. Then, go to User Settings > Gift Inventory.
2. You can also click the "Explore" icon at the bottom of the server list on the left side of the Discord app, which will take you to the "Explore" page. In the "Explore" list, select the "Quest" tab to find your completed missions, then click the "Claim Reward" button.
3. You will receive a Zenless Zone Zero bundle redemption code. Please redeem the code within the Zenless Zone Zero game. Additionally, after completing the Quest, you will receive an email from Discord with instructions on how to redeem the code.
(2) Participants are strictly prohibited from leaking or engaging in in-depth discussions about any unreleased content or versions, distributing unauthorized plug-ins, setting up private servers, unpacking game files, etc. Such behavior is not tolerated and may affect your eligibility to participate in future related events.

(1) Redemption Code Usage and Restrictions
a. The eligible servers for using the Zenless Zone Zero redemption code are: America, Aisa, Europe, TW/HK/MO
b. How to Redeem:
Log in to Zenless Zone Zero, click the menu button in the top-left of the in-game screen, head to "More" > "Redemption Code," and follow the onscreen prompts to enter your redemption code. Your bundle will be sent to your in-game mail.
*Mail and redemption code functions are unlocked during the Prologue "Business x Strangeness x Justness."
