Mitya and Valeriy are the two new Electro characters in Genshin Impact 7.2. Mitya, titled "Rules Set at Naught", is a 5-star and an advisor to the Energy Commission who is also a capable fighter. Valeriy, titled "Fort Fulguration", is a 4-star Major of the Special Assignments Battalion. Both arrive with the November 4, 2026 update as the story moves into Snezhnaya.

No official Mitya or Valeriy merchandise has been announced as of November 2, 2026. New characters usually get badges, acrylics and shikishi in later merch waves. Until then, fans of Snezhnaya can browse our Frost and Flame series, featuring the Fatui Harbingers.
