The closest thing to an official Genshin Impact store in the US is an authorized HoYoverse retailer, and Animon Life is one: a San Francisco shop that stocks more than 1,000 official Genshin Impact items across in-stock goods, preorders, figures and apparel, ships from California and includes US tariffs in every price. You can shop online at animonlifeofficial.com or visit the store in San Francisco Japantown.
Quick facts
- Authorized HoYoverse retailer; every Genshin Impact item is official licensed product.
- Four Genshin store pages: in stock (650+ items), preorders, figures and apparel.
- Ships from California; free US shipping on $60+; Canada $25 flat; tariffs included.
- In-stock orders ship in about 3–5 business days.
How to shop by character
Every Genshin store page has a character tag filter, so you can open one page per character, for example Furina, Columbina, Zhongli or Paimon. Preorder items are listed separately because they ship after the manufacturer's release date; order preorders and in-stock items separately so the in-stock items are not held back.
What is in the Genshin Impact store
- Plush: Lucky Paimon plush ($60) and chibi Paimon plush ($52), plus character plush keychains and dolls.
- Figures: 1/7 scale figures, Nendoroids and chibi figures on the figure page; see the Genshin figures guide.
- Blind boxes, badges, acrylic standees, shikishi, card sets and perfume on the main in-stock page.
- Apparel and bags on the apparel page.
Genshin Impact store vs. HoYoverse's own shop
HoYoverse operates its own official online store internationally. An authorized retailer sells the same official product but holds it in the US: Animon Life ships from California, covers import tariffs, and lets you buy in person. Shipping, tariffs and returns
Orders ship from California. Prices at Animon Life already include US import tariffs, so there is nothing extra to pay at delivery. US standard shipping is free on orders of $60 or more; shipping to Canada is a $25 flat rate. Unopened items can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Animon Life also has a retail store in San Francisco Japantown (1737 Post St #305); hours are on the contact page.
