Monotype beta test (January 2026)
Recruitment opened December 19, 2025 and closed January 5, 2026. The test ran January 13, 05:00 to January 18, 02:00 (UTC) on Windows PC only. A 5-day sign-in event gave the character Cinderella on day 2, and the Crystal Exchange offered Cynthia II (Luna's Scion). Players who finished the Experience Survey plus one In-depth Survey were invited to the next test.
Dichotomy beta test (July–August 2026)
Recruitment ran June 26 to July 16, 2026, with extra spots through Twitch Drops (July 22–25). The test ran July 23 to August 13, 2026 on Windows PC and introduced a revamped combat system, the Curious Deductions mode and the Morgue Street district. The "Fortnight of Deduction" login event gave the 5-star Red Rose | Dancer, the 5-star Motive "The Bloodbath Mystery" and 270 draws; mail rewards added the equivalent of 500+ draws. Survey completers were auto-invited to the third test.
Dichotomy: Retrace technical test (autumn 2026)
A confidential, NDA-only test of a performance-optimized build, with content largely the same as Dichotomy. It was the first test on Android and iOS, with PC available too and cross-save between PC and mobile on the same account. Recruitment closed October 10, 2026, 18:00 (UTC+8).
What changed after the beta feedback?
Elementa's August 22, 2026 feedback report promised better camera lock-on, clearer combat information, a Dialogue History feature, more Curious Deductions-style cases, more enterable interiors, smoother Silverium Pegasus riding and flying, and performance work.
FAQ
Can I still join a Silver Palace beta?
Public beta recruitment is closed. The Private Investigator Project accepts adults (18+) on a rolling basis for small confidential tests.
Did beta progress carry over?
No. Every test wiped data, and characters obtained in a test could only be used in that test.
Was Silver Palace on mobile in beta?
Only in the Dichotomy: Retrace technical test. Monotype and Dichotomy were PC-only.
