Love and Deepspace Official Merchandise

The manufacturer release date and Animon Life's estimated shipping date are different. After merchandise is released, it must first arrive at our California warehouse before customer fulfillment begins. Please refer to each product listing for its current estimated timeline.

We strongly recommend ordering preorder and in-stock merchandise separately. If they are placed in the same order, the entire order will ship only after every item has arrived and is ready.

Please review the product-specific size chart carefully before ordering. Clothing and apparel-related merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged due to size, fit, or change of preference. Damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled merchandise is reviewed separately.

For cancellation, shipping, returns, damaged merchandise, or order-related questions, please review our FAQ, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you still need assistance, please use our online Contact Form.

Please do not email the business collaboration inbox for order-related support.

Once an item is marked as sold out, there won’t be restock of the item unless previous customer cancelled their order. We recommend sign up for restock notification so you’ll be notified when there’s inventory available.
