How to tell an official game keyboard from a knock-off
Official keyboards are released by the publisher with a named manufacturing partner, ship in a printed collector's box with the game's copyright line, and often include themed keycaps or accessories listed on the product page. Third-party "inspired by" keyboards sold on marketplaces use unlicensed artwork and have no publisher branding on the box. Animon Life sells only keyboards sourced through HoYoverse's and Kuro Games' authorized licensing, manufacturer and distribution channels.
Preorder vs. in stock
Keyboards are produced in limited runs, so most are sold on preorder and ship a few months after the preorder window closes; the estimated release and ship dates are on each product page. In-stock keyboards, such as the Boothill theme keyboard, are at the California warehouse and ship within about 3–5 business days.
Shipping, pricing and returns
Keyboards ship from California in their retail box inside an outer carton. Animon Life is tariff-free for US customers: prices already include import tariffs, Animon Life covers them, and there is nothing extra to pay at delivery. US standard shipping is free on orders of $60 or more. Unopened items can be returned within 15 days of delivery. See the shipping policy and return policy.
