How to tell Honkai: Star Rail merchandise is official

Official Honkai: Star Rail goods are produced under license from HoYoverse, carry the game's copyright line and usually a HoYoverse hologram sticker, and use the publisher's own artwork. Animon Life is an authorized HoYoverse distributor in North America and sources only through licensed channels; it does not sell counterfeit or bootleg goods.

In stock or preorder?

HoYoverse releases Honkai: Star Rail merchandise in waves tied to new characters and version events. Animon Life lists each wave for preorder, then stocks it once it reaches the California warehouse, usually a few weeks after the overseas release. In-stock items ship within about 3–5 business days; preorders can be cancelled for a full refund until they arrive. Order in-stock and preorder items separately.

Shipping and returns

Animon Life is tariff-free for US customers: prices already include import tariffs, Animon Life covers them, and there is nothing extra to pay at delivery. US standard shipping is free on orders of $60 or more; Canada is a $25 flat rate; most other countries are supported except European Union member states for now. Unopened items can be returned within 15 days of delivery; apparel and sale items are final sale. See the shipping policy and return policy.
