How to tell Love and Deepspace merchandise is official
Official Love and Deepspace goods are produced under license from Infold Games, carry the game's copyright line and use the publisher's own artwork. Animon Life sells brand-new official merchandise sourced through authorized licensing, manufacturer and distribution channels and does not sell counterfeit or bootleg products.
In stock or preorder?
Love and Deepspace merchandise is released in frequent small waves, often tied to a character's birthday or a seasonal event, and sells out quickly. Animon Life lists each wave for preorder and recommends preordering Love and Deepspace items separately from other games so they ship as soon as they arrive. In-stock items ship within about 3–5 business days; preorders can be cancelled for a full refund until they arrive at the California warehouse.
Shipping and returns
Animon Life is tariff-free for US customers: prices already include import tariffs, Animon Life covers them, and there is nothing extra to pay at delivery. US standard shipping is free on orders of $60 or more; Canada is a $25 flat rate; most other countries are supported except European Union member states for now. Unopened items can be returned within 15 days of delivery; apparel and sale items are final sale. See the shipping policy and return policy.
