Honkai: Star Rail's premium currency is Oneiric Shards, which converts 1:1 into Stellar Jade. You can buy it in game or at HoYoverse's official web top-up center. The first purchase of each pack size gives double Oneiric Shards, and the best everyday value is the Express Supply Pass: 300 Oneiric Shards right away plus 90 Stellar Jade a day for 30 days; you can stack up to 180 days.
Quick facts

Is the web top-up center legit?
Yes, if you use HoYoverse's own site: sdk.hoyoverse.com/payment/hsr. Log in with your HoYoverse Account, choose your server and character, and pay. Avoid third-party "cheap top-up" sellers that ask for your password; that is a common way accounts get stolen.
How does the first-time double bonus work?
Each pack size has its own first-time double bonus. After you buy a size once, it switches to the normal bonus. HoYoverse occasionally resets the double bonus for everyone.
Is the Express Supply Pass worth it?
For low spenders, usually yes: 300 Oneiric Shards right away plus 90 Stellar Jade a day for 30 days; you can stack up to 180 days. You must log in each day to collect the daily amount.
Can I use a gift card?
HoYoverse does not sell its own gift cards. On mobile you can pay with Google Play or App Store balance, including gift cards for those stores.
