You can redeem Honkai: Star Rail codes two ways: on the official redemption page at hsr.hoyoverse.com/gift, or in game under Phone menu > "..." (Profile Settings) > Redemption Code. You need a HoYoverse Account and a character on the server you pick, and most codes require finishing the Trailblaze Mission "A Moment of Peace". Rewards arrive in your in-game mail.

How do I redeem a Honkai: Star Rail code on the website?
- Open the official redemption page and log in with your HoYoverse Account.
- Select your server (America, Europe, Asia or TW/HK/MO).
- Paste the code with no spaces before or after it.
- Click Redeem, then open your in-game mail to collect the rewards.
How do I redeem a code in game?
- Go to Phone menu > "..." (Profile Settings) > Redemption Code.
- Enter the code and confirm.
- Collect the rewards from your mail.
If you don't see the in-game option on your device, use the website instead.
Why is my Honkai: Star Rail code not working?
- Too early in the game: most codes need finishing the Trailblaze Mission "A Moment of Peace".
- Expired or used up: codes have end dates, and some stop early after reaching a usage limit.
- Already used: each code (and each code type) works once per account.
- Extra spaces: a space before or after the code makes it invalid.
- Wrong region: codes for the China servers don't work on global servers, and the reverse.
- Wrong server selected: rewards go to the character on the server you chose.
Where do new Honkai: Star Rail codes come from?
HoYoverse releases codes during version livestreams, on official social accounts and during events. Livestream codes usually expire within about a day, so redeem them quickly. We cover each version's livestream codes on our news blog.
