A HoYoverse Account is the single login for all HoYoverse games, including Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero, Honkai Impact 3rd and Tears of Themis. You create and manage it at account.hoyoverse.com or from any game's login screen, using an email address or a third-party login such as Google, Apple, Facebook, X, PlayStation or Steam.
Quick facts
- One account for every HoYoverse game and service
- Manage it at account.hoyoverse.com
- Login options: email/username, Google, Apple, Facebook, X, PlayStation, Steam
- Sign-up starts with a birth month and year check
- The same account works on every server, but progress is separate per server
How do I create a HoYoverse Account?
- Open account.hoyoverse.com or launch any HoYoverse game.
- Choose Register (or "Register Now") and enter your birth month and year.
- Sign up with your email and a password, or continue with Google, Apple, Facebook, X, PlayStation or Steam.
- Verify your email if asked, then log in to the game and pick a server.
Can I use one account for Genshin, Star Rail and ZZZ?
Yes. HoYoverse describes it as one account for all its games and services. Each game, and each server within a game, keeps its own progress.
How do I link my account in Genshin Impact?
In Genshin Impact, go to Paimon Menu > Settings > Account > User Center > Link. On mobile, you must unlock the first Statue of The Seven before you can link.
How do I keep my account safe?
- Bind an email you control and use a unique password.
- Never give your password to "cheap top-up" sellers or account-sharing sites.
- Only redeem codes and top up on official HoYoverse pages.
What happens if I delete my account?
HoYoverse's privacy policy says deleting your account removes access to its game services, including linked game data, across every game. It can't be undone, so think carefully before you request it.
