Zenless Zone Zero pity guarantees an S-Rank within 90 Signal Searches on the Exclusive Channel (Agents) and 80 on the W-Engine Channel. Agent banners are 50/50, so the featured Agent is guaranteed within 180; W-Engine banners are 75/25, guaranteed within 160. With S-Rank Signal Customization you choose six standard S-Ranks, and if you lose the 50/50 you get one of them.
Quick facts
- Exclusive Channel (Agents): 90 hard pity, 50/50, featured guaranteed within 180
- W-Engine Channel: 80 hard pity, 75/25, featured guaranteed within 160
- S-Rank Signal Customization: pick 6 standard S-Ranks for the lost 50/50
- A-Rank Rate Up: choose the 2 boosted A-Ranks
- Stable Channel (standard): 90 pity; after 300 searches choose one bonus S-Rank Agent (one time)
Does ZZZ pity carry over?
Yes, within the same channel type: Exclusive Channel pity carries to the next Exclusive Channel, and W-Engine pity to the next W-Engine Channel.
What is S-Rank Signal Customization?
It lets you pick six standard S-Rank Agents (or W-Engines on the W-Engine Channel). If you lose the 50/50, the S-Rank you get comes from your picks, so you can avoid duplicates you don't want.
How many searches for a guaranteed featured Agent?
At most 180, or at most 90 if you already carry the guarantee.
