Genshin Impact is available on PC (official launcher and Epic Games Store), iOS, Android, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S (including Game Pass). Progress is shared across platforms through your HoYoverse Account. PS4 support has ended: in-app purchases stopped on February 25, 2026, and since Version Luna VI (April 8, 2026) you can no longer log in on PS4.
Quick facts
- Platforms: PC, Epic Games Store, iOS, Android, PS5, Xbox Series X|S
- Cross-save: through a HoYoverse Account
- PS4: login ended April 8, 2026
- PlayStation server: set by your PSN account region
- Xbox: released November 20, 2024
How does Genshin cross-save work?
Log in with the same HoYoverse Account on each device and choose the same server. PlayStation players can link their PSN account to a HoYoverse Account (cross-save was added in Version 2.0) to share progress with PC and mobile.
PlayStation rules to know
- Your server is determined by your PSN account's region; changing it needs a different PSN account.
- Accounts created through PSN must top up through PlayStation.
- The PlayStation-exclusive sword, Sword of Descension, doesn't work outside PlayStation.
I still play on PS4. What now?
Since April 8, 2026, PS4 can't log in. Link your PSN account to a HoYoverse Account and continue on PS5, PC or mobile. Items bought on PS4 could no longer be claimed there from that date.
