Genshin Impact's premium currency is Genesis Crystals, which converts 1:1 into Primogems. You can buy it in game or at HoYoverse's official web top-up center. The first purchase of each pack size gives double Genesis Crystals, and the best everyday value is the Blessing of the Welkin Moon: 300 Genesis Crystals right away plus 90 Primogems a day for 30 days ($4.99); you can stack up to 180 days.
Quick facts
- Currency: Genesis Crystals (converts 1:1 to Primogems)
- Pack sizes: 60, 300, 980, 1,980, 3,280 and 6,480 (US$0.99 to $99.99)
- First-time bonus: double on the first purchase of each pack size
- Normal bonus after that: +0, +30, +110, +260, +600, +1,600
- Monthly pass: Blessing of the Welkin Moon
Is the web top-up center legit?
Yes, if you use HoYoverse's own site: sdk.hoyoverse.com/payment/genshin/en. Log in with your HoYoverse Account, choose your server and character, and pay. Avoid third-party "cheap top-up" sellers that ask for your password; that is a common way accounts get stolen.
How does the first-time double bonus work?
Each pack size has its own first-time double bonus. After you buy a size once, it switches to the normal bonus. HoYoverse occasionally resets the double bonus for everyone; Genshin Impact last reset it on September 23, 2026 for the 6th anniversary.
Is the Blessing of the Welkin Moon worth it?
For low spenders, usually yes: 300 Genesis Crystals right away plus 90 Primogems a day for 30 days ($4.99); you can stack up to 180 days. You must log in each day to collect the daily amount.
Can I use a gift card?
HoYoverse does not sell its own gift cards. On mobile you can pay with Google Play or App Store balance, including gift cards for those stores.
