Wuthering Waves uses a Kuro Games account, and progress syncs across PC, Android, iOS, PS5 and Xbox as long as you log in with the same account on the same server. The game launched on PS5 on January 2, 2025 and on Xbox on July 10, 2026. On consoles, your console account's region decides the server, so it must match the server where your character lives.
Quick facts
- Account: Kuro Games account
- Platforms: PC, iOS, Android, PS5, Xbox
- Cross-save: same account + same server
- Bind an email and password: Settings > Account Settings > User Center
- Purchases show up on every platform after linking
How do I link my PSN account?
- On your first launch on PS5, choose "Already have an account? Log in" if you've played on PC or mobile, and follow the prompts.
- If you're new, choose "Create a Kuro Games account".
- Then bind an email and set a password in Settings > Account Settings > User Center, so you can log in on other devices.
Why didn't my progress carry over?
- Region mismatch: an America-server character needs a North American PSN account; an Asia-server character needs a Japanese or Korean PSN account.
- Third-party login: if you originally signed in with Google, Facebook or similar, bind a Kuro Account email in User Center first. Verifying the third-party email alone doesn't sync progress.
- Different server: progress never transfers between servers.
Xbox and Game Pass
With an active Xbox Game Pass subscription (including PC Game Pass) on the linked Microsoft account, you can claim the Game Pass benefits pack from Terminal > Mail. The per-version part must be claimed before each version ends.
