Zenless Zone Zero on PS5 shares progress with PC and mobile when you log in with the same HoYoverse Account on the same server. On PS5, the server you can use depends on your PSN account's region, and the PS5 version supports the America, Europe and Asia servers (there is no TW/HK/MO server on PS5). Each HoYoverse Account can be unlinked from a PSN account only once, so link carefully.

How do I link my PSN account?
- On your first launch on PS5, log in with the HoYoverse Account you use on PC or mobile instead of creating a new one.
- Make sure your PSN region matches the server your character is on.
- Check the linked account in game under Options > Account > User Center.
If you started on PS5 with "Create HoYoverse ID now", bind an email in Settings > Account > User Center, then log in with that email on PC or mobile.
I linked the wrong account. What now?
- Create a new PSN account in the region of your character's server and link it, or
- Unlink the PSN account at Account Safety Settings > PSN > Unlink (your HoYoverse Account needs a linked email first). You can only do this once per HoYoverse Account.
Can I top up a PS5 character on PC or mobile?
A character created on PS5 can be topped up on PS5, PC or the official website, but not through the mobile app. Items from top-ups on any platform show up on all linked platforms.
